I do not propose long therapeutic processes. My focus is on identifying the difficulties and their causes that clients face in life, and then on finding, building, and implementing solutions to help them find satisfaction in life, health, relationships, and work. The solution we build together with the client is always a result of our joint process and is tailored to the client’s capabilities and life context.
am a graduate of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy courses at CRP in Wrocław, as well as training in Schema Therapy.
I completed an internship at Psychoclinic in Warsaw.
I am currently engaged in a four-year Gestalt training process and pursuing certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at CRP in Wrocław.
Personally, I am a mother, wife, entrepreneur, employee, and a lover of Stoicism and a good, peaceful life.
I am also a mentor, coach, and trainer; a graduate of the School of Social Psychology in Warsaw; certified in Nonviolent Communication (NVC) by Marshall Rosenberg; and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the MBA program at Kozminski University.
I am one of the few people on the market with experience in psychology, coaching, mentoring, and management. This allows me to work with clients on difficulties in personal, relational, family, and professional areas.
I work with clients from various industries, from managers to individuals seeking emotional support, which gives me a broad spectrum of experience in dealing with different challenges.

Katarzyna Ciechońska began supporting our Dr Clown Foundation in 2022, offering free coaching sessions for three people in management. She also worked individually with one of the directors for a year. We continued our meetings, and they took place regularly for a year and a half.
Thanks to her support, apart from developing our leadership competencies, we were able to organize the Foundation’s structure, set our priorities, and implement solutions regarding effective communication with employees.
